Got out for a few hrs with Juan to hit a early 1900s yard. My first 2 finds were 36 on the conductive line of the E Trac. YEP, U guessed it...... Stinkin' Lincolns!! While Juan pulls back to back 1920S wheats. The grass was high there so we moved around the side.... Well another 12-36 wants to see the Light of day. So OFCOURSE I must oblige. And would u know, an 1896 Injun. Woo-Hoo. While meandering through the high grass I get a Slamming hit. A worn 1896 Barber Quarter. My 2nd 1800s coin of the day. And the first time for that. By now Juan has pocketed a couple more wheats. Then he does his walk over. ... He found the only token, and a nice one. His first Scalloped. 2 1/2 cents in trade. I did squeak out another vintage coin, 1938 Buffalo. We will def. be bakk here, metal detectors and possibly a mower!! Lol.
